Because we source our unique variety of products directly from international manufacturers to cut out middleman retail markups, your items are dispatched from our centralized global hubs and delivered straight to your door via premier local couriers.
  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (for strict quality inspection, packing, and sorting).
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note: In rare instances, customs clearances or peak global transit seasons can push delivery up to 21 business days. We monitor your parcel every step of the way to ensure it arrives safely.
